Mechazing is an autonomous mobile robot that picks warehouse orders and creates a verifiable AI-powered chain of custody for every package — from shelf to delivery rider.
Dark stores in India today — every order picked by hand
Monthly picker cost per store — rising 10% every year
Per order picking time — killing the 10-minute promise
PickBot navigation accuracy — autonomous, zero markings
Every Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart order you place is picked by a human running between shelves.
8–15 pickers at Rs 12,000–18,000/month. Rising 10% every year. Increasingly hard to recruit and retain.
Wrong items, missed items, damaged packaging. Each wrong delivery costs Rs 200–500 in replacement plus customer trust damage.
No record of who picked what, when, and in what condition. Every dispute is a manual investigation.
One robot. One subscription. Positive ROI from month one.
360-degree LiDAR maps your warehouse. Navigates to any shelf with 5cm accuracy. No floor markings. Dynamic obstacle avoidance around workers.
YOLOv8 computer vision confirms the correct item before every pick. Every retrieval logged with photo, timestamp, and order ID automatically.
Every handoff digitally recorded — who picked it, when, where, condition. Full audit trail in your dashboard. Disputes resolved in seconds.
Four steps. All autonomous. All logged.
Order comes in through dashboard. PickBot receives item list and shelf locations via WiFi instantly.
LiDAR + ROS2 Nav2. Drives to exact shelf with 5cm accuracy. Avoids workers and obstacles dynamically.
YOLOv8 AI confirms the correct item. 6DOF servo arm with suction gripper picks and places in collection bin.
Photo, timestamp, order ID logged automatically to database. Delivered to packing station. Chain of custody complete.
Every component chosen for real Indian operating conditions.

Walk to first pilot customer from base
I started building Mechazing because I watched warehouse pickers running between shelves and thought: this is exactly the problem robotics is supposed to solve. And nobody had built an affordable Indian solution for it.
Mechazing is being built right now in Chennai — not in a funded lab, not with a big team, but with a Raspberry Pi 5, a LiDAR sensor, and the belief that the best solutions come from being close to the problem.
"Every package deserves a verifiable digital identity from the moment it leaves a shelf to the moment it reaches a customer."
We are currently in prototype stage and actively looking for our first pilot partner in Chennai.
We are currently accepting pilot partners in Chennai. Free 30-day pilot. No commitment.
